We struggled with this effort because there are sooooo many adjectives that apply to Jenny -- and most of them are good ones (totally kidding Jenny!!!) Because of that, we thought of the following:

We chose the adjective WELL-ROUNDED.  We can’t say it better than Merriam-Webster.

well-round·ed

ADJECTIVE

*   pleasingly varied or balanced.

*   (of a person) having a personality that is fully developed in all aspects.

*   (of a phrase or sentence) carefully composed and balanced.

*   (of an education) covering well the necessary areas of instruction.

We have had the pleasure of getting to know Jenny over the past several years.  To us, she is the epitome of well-rounded.  We are lucky to know her and look forward to enjoying her company for the next 40 years (and many more)!
