Clearly, this is coming from a guy
who is well-read |
First of all, I took one for the team and selected “Well-read” for my Jenny adjective knowing that it was most likely the least exciting of all of the choices.
Here goes nothing . . .
I love the fact that Jenny knows how to read.
Now, on to the more personal stuff.
Sometimes in life, you meet someone who you know has changed you for the better. I have used this saying before in past relationships and in an occasional “last call” situation or two, but this time, as God as my witness, I mean it. Jenny, you are one of the most amazing individuals that I have ever had the fortune to meet. Every time I see you, I cannot help but smile and know that I am truly blessed to have a friend like you. Whether we are sitting at the dining room table chatting, I am losing to you in a heated match of beach Prokadima, I am rescuing you from a potential boogie man living in your basement (even though I have never been in a fight and, if confronted, I would most likely head for the hills…see how I did that?), or while up on a ski trip, staying up late talking and crying like we were actors in some sort of bad
Lifetime movie, I have enjoyed getting to know you.
JK, as a boy who grew up with two brothers, I want you to know that you are the closest thing that I have to sister, and I am very proud to have had the opportunity to become your friend over all of these many years.
I hope you have an amazing birthday and wish you all of the best.
Love,
Jason
