I don’t know how Jenny does it, but she somehow minimizes her contributions and assets while maximizing others.  Not in a self-deprecating way, necessarily, but in a modest, “It was nothing,” way.  When offered a compliment, Jenny deflects it with a humble wave of the hand and turns the compliment around to the other person.  I appreciate that Jenny wants and makes efforts to see the best in people and isn’t afraid to share what she sees with others.
