Jenny looks at things from a "forest for the trees" viewpoint and in so doing offers needed perspective in any situation.  She does this gently when called for and yet firmly and forcefully where necessary.  She doesn't "muscle in" to make her comments, though, but only offers her opinions when they are sought or when she just thinks something needs to be said for the good of all.

People nowadays are screamingly strident in saying what they think any time, any place, and in any manner they wish.  Jenny is not one of those folks.
